Encounter - Teaches seven pillars of Catholic Social Teaching: life and dignity of the human person; call to family, community, and participation; rights and responsibilities; option for the poor and vulnerable; the dignity of work and rights of workers; solidarity; and care for God’s creation.

Six non-Catholic students from University of Memphis and Rhodes College shared that they would be interested in learning more about the Catholic Church. We have not experienced this much interest from non-Catholic students in at least the last five years!
Many Catholic Campus Ministry students involve themselves with service for spring break, and this year they were offered two options: Alternative Spring Break or FOCUS Missions.
Bible studies to provide students an opportunity to encounter the person of Jesus Christ through scripture and in a small community of Christian brotherhood or sisterhood.
